Come prepared with an idea or two of some open source ruby that you’d like to hack on, be it a brand new gem, a new feature in an old gem, or just some bug fixing. Come prepared to help someone else out with their idea. We’ll break into pairs, or larger groups, or whatever seems natural – and we’ll see how much we can accomplish in two to three hours.
Interact with your peers in a monthly morning breakfast meetup. At this new monthly breakfast get-together developers, designers, and entrepreneurs share best practices, advice, and experiences in topic-based discussions. There are no speakers, just people like you learning from other people like you. Each month we’ll coordinate a topic, but we’re happy to let the conversation go where people are interested.
When: Thursday, October 27 from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Where: Langermann’s – 2400 Boston Street Baltimore, MD 21224
Startup Breakfast is monthly breakfast club that has been established to draw out individuals who are actively interested in the startup scene here in Baltimore. This is the next regularly scheduled meetup. Feel free to bring any software/tech/interesting books you’ve been reading and would like to discuss. If you’re not currently reading anything, come anyway! We love a good conversation, and with developers from Java, .net, Ruby, et. al. backgrounds, the discussions are always interesting. Hope to see you there!
