This is a forum for all computer languages. We have examined many of them, including those used to control microprocessors. There are presentations each night on a language or two, sometimes with a demonstration of hardware acting under control of a program. Come along and see how useful a knowledge of programming can be. We welcome all members as well as curious non-members that maybe planning to join our User Group in the near future. Come along, make new friends with common interests and learn that little bit more and gain that extra knowledge.
Each Friday morning from 7am, a bunch of social media and advertising bloggers meet for coffee and conversation at one of Sydney’s best cafes — Single Origin. It is more than a meeting of minds, it is a feast of ideas and a cacophony of good humoured banter.
Join us for a power breakfast of insights, innovation and inspiration — it’s food for thought. fastBREAK is a monthly series of rapid-fire interactive talks hosted by dynamic non-profit organisation Vibewire Youth Inc. and the Powerhouse Museum. Each month, five sharp young etrepreneurs from various industries tackle big questions with 5-minute responses around themes of creativity, commercialisation, collaboration, connections and conversation. Then, over breakfast, participants are invited to share ideas and experiences in conversations with the five speakers.
Innovation is the staple of the fastBREAK menu. Cost of $10 covers filter coffee, tea and delicious breakfast from Black Star Pastry. Arrive from 7.45am, talks start at 8am sharp (we’ll finish up at 9am).
