Happy post Mid-Autumn Festival from China. Usually one celebrates this festive holiday by giving cholesterol- laden moon cakes to your friends and family and wishing for a better future. However, in Dalian, it seems that they celebrate by sending floating lanterns of hot air into the night sky powered by an open flame. Whether these flying firebombs land in the forest or in a village know one knows, but its doesn’t seem to be great for 1) Air Traffic 2) Public Safety 3) Fire Prevention. But they look great when you see 10-15 fireballs floating into the night sky. Hear me ramble about board games, casual games, gamification and Kwests. Podcast with John Artman.
