Houston OpenCoffee Club Stop by Coffee Groundz to meet and chat with other entrepreneurs, techies, investors, etc. This is always a great chance to informally share ideas and get to know others.
Commercial SpaceFlight Panel

SpaceUp Houston will hold their 3rd event this year, a Commercial Spaceflight Panel featuring representatives from major aerospace companies including Virgin Galactic, Boeing, Sierra Nevada Corp and more! Hear where commercial spaceflight is currently and the plan for the future.
PyTexas 2011 – The Conference for Python
When: Saturday September 10th and Sunday September 11th
Where: Texas A&M University in College Station
